We had so many questions about planting in this new garden and could not find answers to those questions so we felt our way through and found the answers through trial and error. Luckily no errors, yet and we pray that we wont see any but we will be doing updates on this periodically!
We were not sure about planting seeds in this super thick bedding and if we can how we would go about it. We figured it out and we are showing the results in this video as well as giving more options for planting!
We decided to do a test on all three methods, we planted seeds direct sow, we planted starts we grew from seed under lights indoors and we planted some larger plants we purchased. We wanted to see the good and bad of all the methods and I think we found the answers!

It is planting season as you know and we have been working hard on getting everything planted! We found this method called Back To Eden Gardening and it just made sense for our front yard. I really wanted to increase our planting area and find a way to save on water and this method appears to be the answer!
