We are currently working on our customer list. I have neglected this for too long and have decided I need to be more proactive about updating accounts!
I recently sent an email to many asking if they wanted to be on the newsletter email list and updated based on the answer (thank you to those who actually did answer hahaha)
During this time it's really important and we have been trying to get out updates on shipping, material availability, metals market and more. I can say that being on this list is super important, as I stated in the last newsletter, we will let you know via email if we need close due to metals pricing increases. If we go on vacation we will notify you so you can prepare before we leave. If there are any discontinued items we let you know through our newsletter so you don't find out too late!
Most don't even realize they aren't on our email list and this is why I sent an email today! Just to let those that aren't on it know they aren't and to give them an option to be on it.
I write about a lot of stuff in the blogs and the newsletter is just a list of all the blog posts I had put up in the last week. Technically you can just go read the blog but the newsletter is a nice reminder that there is new information!
If I did not contact you and you do not get our emails (other than order emails) just send me an email and ask to switch to marketing accepted. About the only time we send product information is if we have made something new or if there is a change on that item that people need to be aware of! We are not in anyway trying to sell you something in our email newsletters!
In fact we now have our total creation blog which was designed to share tips and tricks with food preparation, canning, gardening, candle making, essential oils, stained glass and whatever happens to be on our minds at the time! We can only talk so much about jewelry (even though we love it!) and we do many other things in the DIY category so we share as much as we can and we hope that you find it a nice break from your day!
