I have decided to make a stand against the United States Post Office after yet another incident where a postal employee made me feel like a small human being and would not listen to my side of the situation. This has been a theme with the post office for as long as I can remember. They forget that we are the customer and to be frank they treat people like pond scum.
I have removed all forms of shipping with USPS with the exception of first class mail. No more priority, priority express or anything else. We will be only using UPS in this capacity. Until the post office figures out how to treat a customer appropriately I want nothing to do with them and I will not support their business anymore.
I realize this could be an issue for people who love their service and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience but I cannot allow an individual, entity or organization to treat me, my customers or my company with a lack of respect and borderline abuse and until we the people make a stand against people who choose to treat us poorly they will just keep doing it.
I DO NOT accept this situation and have taken steps to not be a part of it, and so it is!
I will continue to accept first class (until I find a better option) because it is the most reasonable shipping out there but the upper services from the post office have gotten as expensive as UPS except they do not have the customer service ability that UPS has and they don't have the smiling happy delivery people that UPS has hahaha and I have removed all other services!
