Returns & Exchanges

Within 30 days of purchase in new unused condition. Because of the custom nature of our items a 25% restock fee will be charged on all return orders. If you have never purchased from us before please order one or two sample items before placing a large order. If the item does not contain customization such as beads, charms, pre made findings, cabochons etc no restock fee will be charged. Shipping charges are not refunded in either direction
